Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your online purchase from Evontte or if you have changed your mind we will gladly accept exchange or returns for the full price of the item (excepting sale items). All products approved for return by Evontte should be unused, in the original condition which they were received in and should be returned to Evontte within 10 days of receiving the item. Any item retuned after 10 days of delivery can only be exchanged or be issued with a credit note which is redeemable on www.evontte.com for 90 days after being issued.

How to return your item

Step 1: to return an item bought from www.evontte.com, please contact the Evontte head office via helpme@evontte.com within 5 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order or invoice number, item or style number of the product, product name, product colour, a reason for return and images if possible.

Step 2: a representative from Evontte will then contact you, providing you with the outcome of the decision and an authorisation number if the return is accepted, along with shipping instructions to send the product back to Evontte.

Step 3: please make sure all returned products have their original tags, packaging and labels along with the original invoice sent with the order. The items should be returned in the original condition and should be unused.

Step 4: using shipping instructions provided please ship your return items back to Evontte within 10 days of receiving them. Upon receiving your item an assessment will be carried out on the return and pending the result of the assessment a return or credit note will be issued to you within 10 working days. All items shipped back to Evontte after 10 days from receiving them, will only be issued with a credit note redeemable for 90 days on www.evontte.com.

For change of mind all returns will be only issued with a credit note upon assessment by Evontte and the return shipment will be paid by the customer.

Please note sale items are a final sale of merchandise, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Warranty

Evontte offers replacement or refund to the items that have legitimate manufacturing fault/s, where you have notified Evontte within 90 days of the purchase date.
